We invite you to submit traditional research articles. We prioritize publication of pieces presented at our annual meetings and encourage you to submit the project that you presented in Malibu for publication in the Journal. These are exclusive submissions that will be peer-reviewed in a double-blind process. Please submit your paper by e-mail in a Word document with personal identifiers removed by November 1, 2024, for consideration in volume 9. Earlier submissions are, of course, encouraged and welcome! The Journal publishes its volumes from annual meeting to annual meeting.
JLPS publishes descriptive articles on property law. These articles are intended to be clear, authoritative, and useful introductions to a property topic. There are few existing venues for the publication of this kind of article, and creating a space for them was one of our goals in creating the Journal. If you are interested in submitting this type of article, we invite you to send an abstract describing your proposed topic.
Third, JLPS publishes book reviews, preferably reviewing books written by scholars who participate in ALPS. If you have a book you would like to review or would like to have one of your publications reviewed, please contact us to pursue this option. Additionally, we are looking for willing reviewers, so let us know if you would like to be added to the pool of potential reviewers.
Submissions may be made by e-mail to JLPS@alps-law.org
On behalf of the Journal’s Editorial Board, I look forward to receiving your submissions .
Best wishes,
